RETURN AND REFUND ELIGIBILITY

At Kekmart, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or there is an issue with its quality.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at kekmart2020@gmail.com within one (1) day of purchase to arrange a refund or exchange. Include details and photographs of the issue to expedite the process.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return for a defective item, please contact us via email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, securely package the product in its original packaging along with proof of purchase and send it to the following address:

Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

REFUND PROCESSING

After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive an email confirming the status of your refund. Processing may take up to seven (7) days from receipt of your item. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your provider.
